How it works

A game of structured curiosity.

Six steps, a few minutes, and no questionnaire. Here is exactly what happens.

  1. STEP 01

    Choose your Ruchi-Dishās

Ruchi-Dishās are directions of interest: broad ways people like to engage with the world. Pick one, a few, or all six. Only you decide the territory.

  2. STEP 02

    Roll one D10 per direction

For each direction you chose, YPP rolls a ten-sided die. The roll happens on our server and is saved, so it stays the same if you refresh.

  3. STEP 03

    Discover your dimensions

Each face of the die maps to a specific dimension inside that direction: a concrete way of noticing, making, reasoning or caring.

  4. STEP 04

    YPP matches the combination

Your set of dimensions is compared against career worlds using the YPP Career × Dimension Matrix, a carefully built map of which kinds of work draw on which dimensions.

  5. STEP 05

    Explore careers

You see a Primary Path, an Intersection Path that bridges your directions, and a Discovery Path you might never have searched for.

  6. STEP 06

    Save reactions and journeys

Mark careers as Curious, Maybe or Not for me. Sign in only when you want to keep your journeys and see patterns over time.

Important

The dice do not decide your career.

The dice create structured exploration inside the directions you chose. They make sure you encounter specific dimensions rather than vague labels, and that each journey can surprise you.

Which careers connect with that combination is determined by the underlying Career × Dimension Matrix, not by chance. The same dimensions always lead to the same career worlds within a YPP release.
